Why teams switch

Where the AI difference shows up

AI through the whole application

Avila reads the NOFO into a checklist, answers questions straight from the notice, and drafts every piece — narrative, logic model, timeline, SF-424A budget, federal forms — from your own documents. Their announced AI finds grants[4]; ours writes them too.

AI after you win

This is where the audit risk lives. Avila screens every expense against 2 CFR 200 and your award terms, drafts your SF-425s and performance reports, and preps the single audit with SEFA generation — automatically, from your books.

You’d be buying three companies in one

eCivis became GTY, then Euna — and AmpliFund joined in 2025[1]. Ask which of the old platforms you’d actually be on, and whose roadmap survives.

Applying through a state portal?

A portal is not a portfolio

The portal stays. That’s fine.

If your state runs its programs through an AmpliFund portal — Nebraska-style[5] — you’ll keep submitting there. No tool changes that. The question is what runs everything around it.

Your own books, audit-ready

Spend tracked against the approved budget, screened for 2 CFR 200, match documented as you go. When the single audit comes, you’re ready.

Grants beyond one program

A state portal shows you that state’s programs. Avila watches federal, foundation, and all 50 states — matched to your projects.

FAQ

Common questions

Is eCivis still available?

The eCivis brand and site now point to Euna Grants[2]; the capabilities live on inside Euna’s product line.

Is AmpliFund going away after the Euna acquisition?

Euna folded AmpliFund into Euna Grants[1]; state portals continue to operate. Roadmap questions belong to Euna.

Does Euna Grants have AI?

Its June 2026 announcement adds AI-powered grant discovery and research via the GrantExec acquisition[4]. AI application drafting isn’t described in its announcements or product pages — verify current capabilities in any demo.

Can Avila submit into a state’s AmpliFund portal?

Avila prepares everything export-ready — narratives, budgets, attachments. You submit through whatever portal the funder mandates. No tool can bypass a funder’s required portal.

Can Avila import our existing award data?

Yes — award setup ingests your award letters and records to build each award file for your review. Talk to us about your portfolio.
